Booked, Now what?

So, you have booked your car with us, Now what?

On the day of your appointment, it’s really important to be on time, we have specific time slots for all of our technicians and we know how important it is for you to get your car back to you when you need it most. Dropping your car off on time or early gives us and you the best chance of getting the work done on time and back to you as soon as possible.

Cars can be dropped off from 7 am and keys can be left at the designated key drop point – speak to one of the team for more details if you wish to use this service.

We are open from 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday.

When you arrive, please park your car in the designated car park to the left of our building.

Bring your keys into reception to book in.

If your car is in for a service – Please have your car service book if you require a stamp and your locking wheel nut.

For MOT’s we just need the key. No other paperwork is required.

Wheels, tyres & car suspension work will also require our technicians to remove your wheels so ensuring the locking wheel nut is to hand is also really important.

Dash Cams – Dash cameras may be unplugged while we are working on your vehicle. This is to protect our team and other customers.
