"How much does a service cost?"

"How long does a service take?"
Usually half a day. Drop off from 7:30am, collect by lunchtime for most services. Major services or older cars might need a bit longer – we'll tell you when you book.
"Can I wait while it's done?"
Yes – but you might get bored. We've got WiFi and decent coffee, but a service takes a few hours. Most people drop off and we call when it's ready. Or we can sort a courtesy car (£16/day) if you need wheels.
"Will it void my warranty if I don't use the main dealer?"
No. It's a myth. As long as your car is serviced to manufacturer standards with the right spec parts and oils – which we do – your warranty stays valid. It's EU law. We stamp your book and keep digital records too.
"What's the difference between interim and annual?"
Interim is your basic oil and filter change with safety checks – ideal if you do under 8,000 miles a year or want a 6-month check between annual services.
Annual adds an air filter and more thorough checks – recommended for most drivers doing around 12,000 miles.
Major is the full works – cabin filter, fuel filter, all fluids. For high-mileage cars or if it's been a while.
"Do you service all makes and models?"
Yes – everything from Fiesta to Ferrari. Well, maybe not Ferrari. But all mainstream makes, plus EVs and hybrids. We've got manufacturer-level diagnostics and use the right spec parts and oils for your car.
"Can I combine my service with an MOT?"
Absolutely – most people do. Book them together and we'll do both in one visit. Saves you two trips and we can sort any MOT issues while we've got the car.
