2023 – National Customer Service Award WINNER!

National Triumph for TTR Garage Services at 10th National Entrepreneurs’ Awards

A Car Repair Garage based in Norton Canes Cannock was announced as the winner of the Best Customer Service in front of a packed audience of hundreds of fellow entrepreneurs at the awards ceremony, which was held in the evening at the Birmingham ICC on the 2nd of October.

The event is the highlight of the annual “getting & keeping customers convention” run by the business growth specialists Entrepreneurs Circle and attracts over 1000 visitors every year, along with hundreds of exhibitors, all dedicated to helping ambitious business owners.

TTR Garage Services – Also known as Car Friend are a small family run car repair garage offering everything from MOT, servicing and repairs to car owners in and around the local area.

2020 – The Motor Ombudsman Garage Star Awards 2020

The Motor Ombudsman announced over 800 consumer nominations for their Garage Star Awards. A total of 24 businesses and individuals were shortlisted from their network of accredited independent garages and car dealerships, and we were delighted to discover Car Friend was top of the list.

The nominations for these awards come from customers sharing their experience using our services, and how we went the extra mile to assist them on one or more occasions during the past 12 months.

We were over the moon to be awarded Midlands – Highly Commended. This achievement was due to our amazing team who deliver the highest standards of workmanship, and the very best customer service every single day.
