Last year, Car Friend was honored to win the highly respected National EC award for exceptional customer service. This award meant so much to us because it validated our commitment to providing honest, reliable car repairs and maintenance services. It was a night to remember, especially when we had the chance to meet comedy legend Hugh Dennis!

This year, I had the privilege of returning to the stage—this time, not as a winner, but as a presenter for this year’s customer service award. It was an unforgettable experience, made even more special by sharing the stage with the brilliant Dara Ó Briain! Being part of this celebration reminded me how important it is to always put our customers first, something our team at Car Friend takes pride in every single day.
