This is What We’re Doing:

Car Friend take this situation extremely seriously. We are grateful that we have been able to remain open and serve our customers throughout the last year and have done everything possible to keep our valued customers and staff safe and well.

We have taken the guidance from WHO (World Health Organisation) and the UK Government and put the following procedures in place:

1. Regular frequent cleaning of high traffic areas on our site, which includes (but is not limited to) telephones, card machines, and door handles
2. Asking customers to use contactless methods of payment wherever possible
3. All vehicles and their keys are sanitised before and after we complete any work
4. Fresh disposable gloves are used for every vehicle we work on to avoid cross-contamination
5. Our waiting area is closed until further notice, unfortunately. Where possible we are asking customers to drop their vehicles off and return for them when the work is completed. We do offer a collection and delivery service but availability is limited – shielding and/or vulnerable customers will be prioritised for this service.

Whilst MOT due dates were suspended temporarily during 2020 they are no longer. All vehicles must take an MOT test on their due dates as normal. Use this link to see when your MOT is due.
